A Jones & Son British History series sauce tureen and cover, circa 1826-28, printed in blue with Canute Reproving His Courtiers, unmarked, length 18.5cm, together with another blue printed pearlware sauce tureen and cover, decorated with a huntsman and hounds, flanked by elephant trunk handles, length 16.5cm, a Boy Piping sauce tureen and cover with lion head handles and finial, a sauce tureen with titled Game Keeper pattern (lacking cover), and a sauce boat, decorated with deer (faults and restoration). Provenance: from the collection of Jennifer Moody.
