JUDAICA. - Zeew RABAN (illustrator). The Song of Songs. Berlin: Hasefer, 1923. Folio (332 x 223mm.) 26 mounted chromolithographic plates with text opposite in English with decorative borders, the Hebrew text within the plate, tissue-guards. (Toning.) Original black morocco- backed green morocco boards with a roundel of silver gilt doves circling the title in Hebrew letters to the upper cover, within trailing gilt borders and inlaid vignette of lions to lower cover (minor rubbing to extremities, lacking slip-case).
