LOT 1289
An English Delft circular bowl, London or Bristol, circa 1760, the exterior painted in manganese and blue with a chinoiserie landscape, the interior with a bianco-sopra-bianco patterned border above a floral spray, diameter 22.5cm (cracks and chips), together with an English Delft bowl painted with two simple geometric bands to the exterior and a leaf to the base interior beneath a border of crosses and circles, diameter 26.5cm (rivet repaired). Provenance: from the collection of the late Professor Maurice Stacey.
