A collection of approximately 597 postcards, the majority greetings postcards or topographical views, many addressed to members of the Forer family, confectioners in the Isle of Wight, from the Lardi, Luminati and Beti families originating from Poschiavo in Switzerland, including a hold-to-light postcard of the Crystal Palace and postcards titled 'Trispin S.S. Tea, 1912', '5th Essex', 'Brading, Isle of Wight' and 'The Manacles of S.S. Mohegan'.
