HONG KONG & MALAYSIA. A collection of approximately 234 glass negatives, late 19th and early 20th century, purportedly collected or taken by John Raymond Barnes (born 1883) while stationed at Kuching, Sarawak, including topographical views and street scenes in Hong Kong, Kuching, Kowloon Saukiwan and elsewhere, as well as portraits, each negative 11cm x 8.5cm, together with a related collection of other negatives on film.
