A group of First and Second World War medals and paperwork relating to Lieutenant Victor Gordon Cogswell, comprising 1914-18 British War Medal and 1914-19 Victory Medal to 'Lieut.V.G.Cogswell', mounted on a bar, 1939-45 Defence Medal and the three corresponding dress miniature medals, mounted on a bar, related paperwork, including Medical Board Sick Leave certificate, letter relinquishing his commission, Bombing Platoon Roll, National Registration Identity Card, Officer's Record of Services booklet, letter confirming appointment of temporary second lieutenant in the 12th Service Battalion Worcestershire Regiment and B.E.F. notification.
