A George III figured mahogany longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the 12-inch engraved silvered breakarch dial with strike/silent indicator to arch above Roman hours, Arabic outer minutes and subsidiary seconds and date dials, inscribed 'JnO Catton Gibraltar', the hood with pagoda top flanked by brass ball and spire finials above a glazed door and brass stop fluted columns, the arched trunk door flanked by brass stop fluted corner columns, on a panelled base and moulded plinth with bracket feet, height 242cm, with pendulum and two weights.
