An early 20th century gilt metal and enamelled boudoir timepiece, the case back with stamped 'Didisheim Goldschmidt Fils & Co' maker's mark and inscribed 'Le Petit Forgeron', the signed gilt enamel dial with black Arabic hour numerals and Cupid forging arrows of love automaton at 6 o'clock within a polychrome enamelled wreath surround, raised on a rouge marble rectangular plinth base with blue enamelled foliate band, height 8.3cm (minor faults).
