A George III 1796 pattern infantry officer's sword with single-edged blade, blade length 81cm, decorated with foliate motifs and 'G.R' cypher with crown, the gilt brass hilt with wire-bound grip, together with a book, 'The British Cavalry Sword 1788-1912', by Richard Dellar 2013.
