A Second World War period Air Ministry cockpit clock by S. Smith & Sons (HA) Ltd London, the signed black dial detailed 'MK III A No 6576/36 Ref No 6A/676' above 'SR/43', the black enamelled case back stamped with crown above 'A.M', case diameter 9.5cm, later mounted as an oak mantel timepiece, height 14.2cm (two chips to glass), together with another Air Ministry cockpit clock by S. Smith & Sons, No. 1131/38, case diameter 9.5cm, later mounted in an oak mantel timepiece case, height 14.8cm.
