LOT 1309
A 19th century oak and mahogany crossbanded longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the 12-inch painted breakarch dial with subsidiary seconds and inscribed 'Rippin Spalding', the arch and corners decorated with shells, the hood with swan neck pediment, the trunk door with shell paterae inlay, on a plinth base, height 213cm (some faults), with pendulum and two weights.
