LOT 1821
A 19th century North African short sword with single-edged fullered blade, blade length 53cm, and one-piece rhino horn grip with embossed white metal retaining collar, with embossed white metal scabbard with single paste stone setting and woven material belt strap, together with some provenance and paperwork. Note: as this lot incorporates rhinoceros horn, it would be very unlikely that a re-export certificate would be granted beyond the UK. Customers outside the UK are requested NOT to bid on this item.
