LOT 1884
A First World War period bronze memorial plaque, detailed 'Arthur Ernest Merle'. Note: Arthur Merle served with the 6th Bn. of the London Regiment (City of London Rifles), died 18th September 1916, aged 20, and is remembered with honour at the Heilly Station Cemetery, Méricourt-l'Abbé.
