A late 19th century French Empire style gilt brass and colourless paste set sedan boudoir wall timepiece, the movement with platform escapement and numbered '832', the circular enamel dial with black Arabic hour numerals and flower festoons, the glazed front door with colourless paste set surround, the circular case applied with trophies of war and wreath within a beaded border, beneath an acanthus wreath suspension loop, height 17.2cm, diameter 12.9cm, with winding key.
