A large Sunderland lustre jug, 19th century, of typical Dutch shape with mottled pink ground, printed and coloured to one side with a three-masted sailing vessel, the other side with a maritime rescue scene, entitled 'Northumberland Life Boat' between a verse 'A Sailor's Life's the Life for meà ', height 18.5cm (chip to spout).
