A pair of Edwardian Arts and Crafts oak framed tub back elbow chairs, attributed to Shapland & Petter, the pierced splat backs above shaped solid seats, height 82cm, width 63cm, depth 51cm. Note: a very similar chair design can be seen within the museum of Barnstaple and North Devon, object number 5624.
