An 1821 pattern Royal Artillery officer's dress sword by Daniels & Co, Woolwich, with single-edged fullered blade, blade length 82cm, detailed to one side with crowned motto 'Honi soit qui mal y pense' with the Royal Artillery cannon and to the other with 'Volunteer Artillery' with lightning flashes, with etched foliate pattern and marked 'Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Cie', triple-bar hilt and wire-bound fishskin grip, with steel scabbard.
