LOT 1118
A late 19th century French gilt brass and tortoiseshell mounted mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong, the backplate with stamped Japy Frères maker's mark, the embossed dial inset with enamel hour plaques with blue Roman hour numerals, the balloon shaped case applied with shell and scroll mounts, height 29.7cm, with pendulum and winding key.
