A collection of ephemera relating to Brighton property and land, including a sale notice and 'Particulars and Conditions of Sale, of Several Valuable Pieces of Land… at Brighton… On Wednesday, the 21st of June, 1797' with marginalia detailing realised prices, an autograph letter dated 1821 relating to intended houses on Edward Street with pen and ink elevation, an annotated hand-coloured sketch of 'a Plan for a New Street in Brighthelmstone' circa 1820, a manuscript volume titled 'Memoranda relative to, or descriptive of, the Real Estates of William or Sarah Dillwyn, and their respective Titles thereto' and approximately 22 legal documents relating to No. 4 and No. 5 Cannon Place, Brighton.
