A late Victorian burr walnut cased bracket clock with eight day triple fusee movement chiming quarters on either eight bells or four gongs and striking hours on a larger gong, the silvered dial with subsidiary chime/silent, pendulum regulation and chime selection dials above Roman hour numerals and inscribed 'Vine & Thompson, Aldersgate St, London E.C', the case top carved with a band of festoons above further carved foliate panels, columns and pierced fret panels to sides, height 45.5cm, with pendulum and winding key.
