LOT 1165
An early 19th century French ormolu, white marble and black slate portico mantel clock, the eight day movement with silk suspension and striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the enamelled convex dial with black Roman hour numerals and inscribed 'Á Paris', the ormolu drum shaped case with flower-charged basket surmount flanked by ivy swags and anthemion finials above a tasselled festoon, the rectangular columns applied with ormolu female figures above hippocampi, on a plinth base and disc feet, height 50.5cm, with mask pendulum and winding key (minor repairs).
