LOT 1101
A late 19th/early 20th century lacquered brass carriage timepiece with eight day movement, the circular dial with blue Arabic hour numerals within a finely pierced and engraved twin bird and foliate scroll surround, the glazed case with roundel bands to swing handle and upright borders and laurel bands to horizontal borders, on turned feet, top of case with engraved Ventnor Golf Club presentation inscription, height 15.2cm.
