Isabel Violet Banks, after Augustus Amant Constant Fidèle Edouart - 'George and Eliza Banks', 19th century pen with ink silhouette, signed and titled recto, inscribed verso, 27cm x 18.5cm, within an ebonized and gilt frame. Note: Isobel Violet Banks was the great-grandchild of notable violin-maker Benjamin Banks (1727-1795) of Salisbury. The original Edouart silhouette is now in the collection of Salisbury Museum.
