Original green cloth (lower cover bumped, minor mark to upper cover), dust-jacket (small tape repairs verso, minor marks to lower panel). Note: has 'o' for 'go' on p.221. Comes in the scarce, alternate colour dust-jacket. Provenance: W.O.P. Rosedale (ink inscribed to front pastedown).
