An 1897 pattern officer's dress sword by J. & B. Pearse & Co, 28 Floral Street, Covent Garden, with dumbbell-section blade, blade length 83cm, numbered '6810' and detailed 'London made', nickel-plated hilt with Edward VII cypher and wire-bound fishskin grip, with leather scabbard and all-weather guard (some light patchy surface rust).
