A large collection of mainly late 18th and early 19th century military buttons, including various rare militia, volunteers and other divisional units, including Sussex volunteers, Berkshire, North Hants Volunteers, West Kent, Avon and Bourne Volunteers Battalion, 53rd Shropshire, Shrewsbury volunteers, Stockbridge volunteers, Bucks Yeomanry, West Kent militia, Surrey militia, 7th Queen's Own Light Dragoons, Loyal Southdown volunteers, Devizes Loyal volunteers, Eastern Dorset light militia and Royal Artillery Regiment (most in excavated condition).
