A George III oak longcase clock with thirty hour movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the 11-inch square brass dial with matt centre and date aperture, framed by a chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals and inscribed 'Ph. Avenell Farnham', the hood with turned columns and glazed door, the rectangular trunk door and base with line inlaid decoration, height 200.5cm, with pendulum and weight.
