A late 19th/early 20th century French lacquered brass cased carriage timepiece by Richard & Co, with eight day movement, the backplate stamped 'R & Co', the cream dial with Roman hour numerals within a finely pierced and engraved surround of foliate scrolls and two griffons, the glazed case with fluted swing handle and corner columns, on turned feet, the top presentation engraved, height 15.7cm, with travelling case (faults) and winding key.
