A Victorian brass cased circular miner's dial, the 6-inch silvered dial signed 'James Brown Glasgow', with spirit level and two folding sights, length 23.7cm, within a fitted walnut case, the hinged lid with applied brass presentation plaque, inscribed 'Presented to Mr John Walker... by the Workmen of Craigneauk and Sunnyside Collieries... 3rd Novr 1875', width 22cm.
