An early 19th century brass pocket microscope, signed 'Carpenter, 24 Regent St London', the detachable tube mounted via an armature to the signed vertical support, with rack and pinion adjustable stage and mirror below, all screw mounted to the top of the mahogany rectangular case, width 16.2cm.
