Irene Lees - 'Turner Prize, Never Never Land', 21st century pen with ink, signed, 76cm x 53cm, within an ebonized frame. Note: in her 'Turner Prize' series of drawings, Lees documented the lives of the artists whose work is depicted, all of whom were winners of the Turner Prize between 1984-2010. Grayson Perry inspired the urn and the miniature text that outlines the vase contains elements of his life story. Provenance: Candida Stevens Gallery.
