A Victorian 1821 pattern Manchester Volunteer Artillery officer's sword by Hobson & Sons, 1-3-5 Lexington St, London W, with curved single-edged blade, blade length 85.5cm, etched with owner's initials, cannon and 'Manchester V.A', triple-bar hilt and wire-bound fishskin grip.
