A Sussex Dicker pottery harvest jug or flagon, dated '1786' but early 20th century, of bulbous shape with loop handle, inscribed to the shoulders in ochre 'JOHN ELLMAN LEWES 1786' amidst scattered stars, against the brown glazed body, impressed mark to base, height 21cm.
