A French faience water fountain or cistern (lavabo), 19th century, the baluster shaped reservoir painted with flowers and foliage beneath a shell surmount, the D-shaped basin with mask handles, mounted onto a wooden backing, total height 71cm, together with a matched two-handled octagonal dish, another water reservoir painted in shades of blue with a floral garland and foliate scrollwork, height 45cm, and a third smaller example, height 27cm (extensive faults, repairs and restoration).
