Luigi Romoli, after Fra Angelico - Angel Musicians, a pair of 19th century oils with gilt and sgraffito on arched panels, each with signed artist labels verso, both 42cm x 15cm. Note: Professor Luigi Romoli's repository was at 11 via Borgognissanti, Florence and specialised in copies of works by Fra Angelico and Giulio Romano. He exhibited at the Great Exhibition, London, in 1851, the 1876 Vienna Universal Exhibition and the 1876 International Exhibition, Philadelphia, USA, amongst others.
