Frank Owen Salisbury - Portrait of Barrington Hooper, oil on canvas, signed and dated 1953, 89cm x 69cm, within a carved wood frame. Note: Barrington Cooper was the honorary secretary of the National Federation of Fishmongers. The portrait was presented at the Grand Hotel Scarborough after 21 years of service with the institution.
