LOT 1264
A rare late 19th century Black Forest automaton table clock in the form of a chapel, with two train movement, the dial with applied gothic Roman numerals, the chapel case with applied rootwood decoration and bell tower surmount, the door opening to reveal a bell-ringing monk pulling on a cord to strike the hours and half hours on a bell with simulated bell strike within the tower, height 69cm, with pendulum (restoration).
