A late 19th century Black Forest carved oak trumpeter wall clock, the weight driven two train movement sounding the hours on four trumpets, the bellows with applied 'EM. Wehrle & Cie' maker's label, the dial with applied gothic Roman hour numerals, the architectural case with carved and pierced vine leaf decoration, the front with a pair of doors opening to reveal the trumpeter, the sides with fret panel doors, height 89cm, with two weights and pendulum (restoration).
