A large collection of approximately three hundred and ten microscope specimen slides, late Victorian and later, including zoological, botanical, histological, geological and mineralogical, many with paper labels including 'W. Watson & Sons', 'Flatters & Garnett Ltd', 'J.J. Hunter Preparer', 'C. Baker', 'E. Wheeler', 'N.B.S.' and 'Gregory, Bottley, London', housed within a late Victorian mahogany specimen chest of twenty drawers, enclosed by a hinged door, with brass handle to top, height 27.5cm.
