LOT 1151
A late 19th century French gilt brass four glass mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the backplate with stamped 'M.S.' maker's mark, with mercury compensated pendulum, the two piece enamelled dial with black Roman hour numerals and visible escapement, the case with stepped top and fluted cornice above Corinthian corner columns and bevelled glass panels, on a plinth base and bracket feet, height 33.7cm.
