A rare Royal Doulton Kingsware flask, decorated with the Dickens character Mr Micawber 'The ever-expectant', inscribed to the reverse 'FEDERAL LAW FORBIDS SALE OR RE-USE OF THIS BOTTLE', black printed mark to base, height 18cm, together with a plate mounted Wedgwood dark blue Jasper dip biscuit barrel with plated cover, two small Wedgwood preserve pots with plated covers and a Jasperware teapot and cover. Note: the exporters of the Doulton flask were probably Hudson's Bay Company.
