An Elizabeth Ellis studio porcelain sculpture titled The Early Bird Catches The Worm, circa 2009, modelled as an abstract bird with a gilt object in its mouth, raised on a pyramid shaped base, impressed seal mark to back of bird's neck, height 31.5cm, with accompanying literature from the Zelli Porcelain Gallery. Note: This piece was purchased from the Zelli Porcelain Gallery in 2009. It was part of their selling and awards exhibition 'Eight Proverbs'.
