LOT 1180
A late 19th century French black slate and rouge marble perpetual calendar table clock with moonphase, mercury thermometer and barometer, the clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the backplate stamped 'Dent a Paris' and numbered '15410' and '24.8', the two piece white enamelled dial with black Roman numerals and Brocot escapement, above a white enamelled subsidiary calendar with moonphase and barometer dials, flanking a mercury thermometer, the slate case with rouge marble borders and gilt scroll decoration, on a red and gilt decorated plinth base, height 48cm, with pendulum and winding key (minor repair to base).
