A Second World War period Japanese NCO's katana with curved single-edged blade, blade length 63cm, the tang signed with official arsenal or inspection mark, oval cast bronze tsuba with floral decoration, and tape bound fishskin grip with partially hidden menuki and openwork kabuto-gane pommel, with brown finished metal scabbard with single ring suspension.
