MANUSCRIPT. [An apothecary’s prescription book. N.p.:] 1911-1912. 161pp., manuscript, tall 4to (324 x 200mm.) 150pp. of hand-written entries in a legible mostly single hand, 11pp. customer index to rear with customer reference number, 1 blank leaf. (Toning, occasional spotting.) Contemporary black cloth-covered boards (staining to cloth, especially upper cover). Note: the entries comprise the name and address of the customer, the medications and amounts prescribed. The pharmacy may have been in the Withdean area of Brighton.
