A Flight, Barr & Barr Worcester sauce tureen, cover and stand, early 19th century, of bulbous shape painted with purple leaves and flowers flanking gilt ‘C’ monograms above gilt enriched stiff leaf moulding, flanked by scroll and leaf moulded handles, the knop of acanthus shape, impressed mark to base of stand, diameter of stand 19cm, a matching sauce tureen and cover with bird head and ring handles and flame finial, height 16cm, and a group of other Flight & Barr Worcester tablewares also painted with purple flowers and leaves, including a circular platter, diameter 27cm, a pair of plates, diameter 21.5cm, a cylindrical pot and cover and three teacups and saucers, various impressed marks (some faults and restoration).
