Six Sunderland lustre bowls, 19th century, variously printed in black with verse, motto's and pictures, including the largest bowl with The Mariner's Compass to the base interior beneath the Mariner's Arms and Sailors' Farewell, the exterior with Northumberland '74 and the Mason's Arms, diameter 31.5cm, a smaller example printed to the exterior with Ancient Order of Foresters, diameter 21cm, and another with A West View of the Cast Iron Bridge... to the base interior and the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows to the exterior, diameter 15cm, together with a similar black printed bowl with lustre detail commemorating the death of Princess Charlotte, diameter 16.5cm (minor faults).
