An early 20th century chinoiserie cased mantel timepiece, the eight day movement with platform escapement, the silvered circular dial with black Arabic hour numerals and detailed 'J.W. Benson London', the case decorated with gilt figures, pavilions and landscapes on a red ground, height 23cm.
