An early 20th century elm water pipe cased mantel clock, the silvered circular dial with black Roman hour numerals and detailed 'Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd 82 Regent Street London', the elm water pipe case with applied brass plaque, inscribed 'Section of elm water pipe removed from Goswell Road and forming one of the several conduits laid by the New River Company about the years 1720-1750 for the supply of the City of London' and 'These wooden pipes first used in 1680', height 26cm.
