Charles Keene (British 1823-1891) - Study of a standing lady holding a fan, pen and ink, atelier stamp lower left, 218.5cm x 12cm, within a wood frame; together with a 19th century watercolour portrait of a seated lady by another hand, within a gilt frame (2). Provenance: from the estate of the late Raymond Briggs, the world-renowned author and illustrator of The Snowman, Father Christmas and Fungus The Bogeyman.
